Together against land grabbing!

The annexation of the Palestinian Land is a crime. International law prohibits and condemns the annexation of occupied territories by the occupying powers. A clear political stand against this continuous violence and transgression is required. Silence makes us accomplices and therefore we demand the German government to follow on its political and legal obligations under international law and condemn this move by Israel and act accordingly to stop it.

Die Annexierung Palästinensischen Landes ist ein Verbrechen. Das internationale Recht hat eine klare Position dazu, die das verurteilt und untersagt. Eine neutrale Stellungsnahme existiert nicht, Schweigen macht uns zu Mittätern und daher möchten wir die deutsche Bundesregierung dazu auffordern, ihrer moralischen und rechtlichen Verpflichtung nachzugehen.

يحظر القانون الدولي ويدين ضم الأراضي المحتلة من قبل سلطات الاحتلال. مطلوب موقف سياسي واضح ضد هذا العنف والعدوان المستمر!. الصمت يجعلنا شركاء، وبالتالي نطالب الحكومة الألمانية باتباع التزاماتها السياسية والقانونية بموجب القانون الدولي وإدانة هذه الخطوة من قبل إسرائيل والعمل على إيقافها.

ندعوكم في شبكة صامدون لدعم الاسرى وائتلاف فلسطين بتحكي، والحراك الشبابي في ألمانيا للمشاركة الواسعة في الوقفة الغاضبة يوم ٣ – ٧- ٢٠٢٠ للتعبير عن رفض كافة السياسات والقوانين الاستعمارية والعنصرية بحق الشعب الفلسطيني ومع تطبيق كافة القوانين التي تكفل حق العودة وتقرير المصير للشعب الفلسطيني.
