Throughout the state of Florida, major cities are leading Day of Rage rallies to bring attention to the ongoing process of the illegal, oppressive annexation of Palestinian land and to demand our cities and state end the destructive Deadly Exchange Program.

On July 1, the zionist occupation began annexing all illegal settlements in the West Bank and large swaths of the Jordan Valley, consuming the remaining areas under Palestinian control. While the media claims 30% of the West Bank will be annexed, the little left to Palestinians will be divided by Jewish only roads, checkpoints and walls.

Palestinians are left less than 10% of land over which they partially control subject to israeli military occupation, while the occupation’s full control will extend to 90% of Palestinian land. This is the latest stage of the ongoing Nakba and the most aggressive plan since the 1967 Naksa to steal Palestinian land and expand illegal israeli settlements. It is further institutionalization of genocide.

Furthermore, the Deadly Exchange is a US-israel police partnership training program in which trump and netanyahu perpetuate brutal punitive tactics. These exchange programs bring together police, ICE, border patrol, and FBI from the US with soldiers, police, border agents, etc. from israel. With the Deadly Exchange, “worst practices” are shared to promote and extend discriminatory and repressive policing in both countries. These include racial profiling, massive spying and surveillance, deportation and detention, and attacks on human rights defenders.
