We will be meeting in Hyde Park at 12pm for discussion and speeches, then demonstrating in front of the Israeli embassy from 12:30! See the discussion posts for specific meeting spots.
Then at 2pm, join us for a rolling picket that will join forces with the Black Lives Matter demonstration on its way to the US Embassy!

We’re calling on people to:
– Oppose Israel’s annexation plan in the West Bank!
– Oppose the censorship of anti-Zionism in Britain!
– Support the call for Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions against Israel!

The Israeli state is planning to solidify its stranglehold over occupied Palestine by annexing large swathes of the West Bank. This is only the latest step in the Zionist state’s decades-long program of dispossession, ethnic cleansing and oppression of the Palestinian people, in which it continues to receive the support of imperialist states like Britain and the United States. We oppose British imperialism and its role in supporting the Israeli state’s oppression of the Palestinian people!

Meanwhile, media and politicians in Britain are attempting to censor the Palestinian cause by equating any meaningful criticism of the Israeli state with anti-Semitism. We must fight back against this censorship and stand firm in our opposition to Zionism and the intrinsically racist character of the Israeli state, which necessitated the expulsion, dispossession and oppression of the Palestinian people in order to carry out its settler-colonial project. To be against racism means being against Zionism!

There will be an open mic and all are encouraged to come prepared to speak and lead chants!
