We — Samidoun Toronto, Samidoun Vancouver, and the undersigned organizations — denounce the United States and United Kingdom-led military aggression against Yemen, which Canada is actively arming and providing military intelligence to. We demand a permanent end to Canada’s diplomatic, financial, and military support for Israel and the US-led imperial operations in support of Israel.
The imperialist military coalition of the US, UK, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands, in alliance with the Zionist entity, seek to punish the brave Yemeni resistance who are taking necessary action opposing the Zionist entity in light of Israel’s ongoing genocidal military assault on Gaza, which has already killed over 25,000 Palestinians. While Canada remains an active and vocal participant in this genocide, the rebel movement in Yemen remains dedicated to stopping the imperial flow of capital that funds the ongoing genocide. For these simple acts of solidarity with the Palestinian people, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Bahrain, and the Netherlands, are expanding their imperialist-Zionist war in an attempt to violently stomp out any and all support for the Palestinian people and their resistance.
We proudly stand with the Yemeni resistance, people, government and armed forces against the imperial powers and all other resistance against the illegitimate settler-colonial project of Zionism. The AnsarAllah movement is part of a strong regional resistance working in alliance with the Palestinian resistance, Lebanese resistance, Iraqi resistance, and others to topple U.S. imperialist hegemony in the region, including Zionist settler colonialism. We unwaveringly support an end to the occupation of the entirety of historic Palestine, the right of Palestinians to return to their homeland, and the right of Palestinians to resist oppression by any means necessary.
We demand an immediate end to Canada’s participation in the current imperialist-Zionist military operations and a permanent end to all Canadian support to the Zionist entity.
