Prof. Bikrum Gill, scholar of international political economy and assistant professor at the Department of Political Science at Virginia Tech. His research is generally centered at the intersection of political economy, race, and ecology, and he explores these themes more specifically as they bear upon issues of agriculture and development, the climate crisis, and decolonization. His work has appeared in journals such as Environment and Planning ‘A’, Politics, Globalizations, Canadian Food Studies, and Sikh Research Journal. He has long been involved in anti-war and anti-imperialist campaigns. He is a special rapporteur of the International People’s Tribunal on U.S. Imperialism, of which the Masar Badil is a co-sponsor.
