Several Palestine student groups across the country have come together to organize a webinar happening this Tuesday the 26th: Mutual Aid and Solidarity with Palestine. Amena Al-Ashkar, a Palestine refugee born in Burj Al-Barajneh camp of Lebanon, Hisham Hajaj, born in Rashidieh camp in Lebanon and Sarah Risheq from the U.S. Palestinian Community Network will be speaking about local mutual aid efforts, the current conditions in the Camps and resources needed during these times. Our webinar transcends that in which we will discuss how we can connect mutual aid efforts transnationally, and how we can build solidarity structures beyond COVID-19. This is a much needed discussion.
