One of our activists, Bradley, has just been released from prison, after being on hunger strike for 5 days. The other activist remains in prison and will face their bail hearing tomorrow. They were charged with “carrying items which may. be used to cause criminal damage”.

The remanded activist has requested to appear in court rather than via video link. We remain uncertain whether this right will be granted by the courts. Please do gather at Wolverhampton Crown Court rather than the prison, as he may be released immediately if granted bail.
