March at 5:30 pm for Justice for Rasmea!
Please note: The time and date have been changed to avoid a conflict with the Puerto Rican Day Parade!
On Monday, June 13, 2016, Rasmea Odeh will appear with her attorneys before Judge Gershwin Drain for a status conference at the federal courthouse in Detroit, Michigan. Supporters will travel to Detroit to urge for a new trial for this Palestinian American icon who was convicted of a politically-motivated immigration charge in 2014, and sentenced to 18 months in prison and deportation last year.
For the people who can’t travel to Detroit, the Committee to Stop FBI Repression put out a call to action for supporters to have local actions in solidarity with Rasmea and to demand a new trial.
New York will be standing in solidarity with Rasmea! Join us Friday June 10th as we demand a new trial and justice!
