A list of actions is below, organized by a wide range of community groups and solidarity movements. This list focuses mostly on events outside Palestine, the camps and the Arab World – there are countless mobilizations taking place there. There are a series of ongoing events being organized in Amsterdam by a number of organizations, including Samidoun Netherlands, the Palestinian Community in the Netherlands, Students for Justice in Palestine, the Netherlands Palestine Committee and more. AGAINST the Steal of the Century – FOR Palestinian liberation
Palestinians and their supporters were confronted last week with the “Steal of the Century.” There are demonstrations in cities around the world against the war plan of Trump-Netanyahu that stands for military colonization, mass imprisonment and making Palestinian self-determination impossible.
Palestinians are clearly stating their demands: the liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea, the Right of Return and freedom for all political prisoners.
Together we will continue these protests in the Netherlands on Friday evening at Dam Square, Amsterdam at 17:00h. We call on all supporters of Palestine to protest together against the “Steal of the Century” and for the liberation of Palestine. From Palestine to Sudan, from the Netherlands to Morocco: freedom for Palestine!
We encourage everyone to bring Palestinian flags, self-made posters and megaphones. United we stand strong against this new US-Israeli attack! Freedom for Palestine! Boycott Israel!
In the afternoon, at 13:00h, there is an action of Vrouwen in het Zwart en Nederlands Palestina Komitee at Dam Square. We protest in the evening at 17:00 because most people have finished work, study or Friday prayer.
TEGEN de Steal of the Century – VÓÓR Palestijnse bevrijding ضد سرقة القرن – من أجل تحرير فلسطين
Palestijnen en hun supporters werden afgelopen week geconfronteerd met de “Steal of the Century.” In steden over de hele wereld wordt gedemonstreerd tegen het oorlogsplan van Trump-Netanyahu dat staat voor militaire kolonisatie, massa-opsluiting en het onmogelijk maken van Palestijnse zelfbeschikking.
Palestijnen laten duidelijk hun eisen horen: de bevrijding van Palestina van de rivier tot aan de zee, het Recht op Terugkeer en de vrijlating van alle politieke gevangenen.
We nodigen iedereen uit om deze protesten samen voort in Nederland op vrijdagavond op de Dam in Amsterdam om 17:00 uur. We roepen alle supporters van Palestina op samen te protesteren tegen de “Steal of the Century” en vóór de bevrijding van Palestina. Van Palestina tot Soedan, van Nederland tot Marokko: vrijheid voor Palestina!
Neem vooral Palestijnse vlaggen, zelfgemaakte posters of je megafoon mee. Samen staan we sterk tegenover deze nieuwe Amerikaans-Israëlische aanval! Vrijheid voor Palestina! Boycot Israël!

الفلسطينيون و داعموهم كانوا في مواجهة مع “سرقة القرن” في الاسبوع المنصرم، لذلك هناك موجة مظاهرات في جميع مدن العالم ضد خطة حرب ترامب-نتنياهو التي تمثل الاستعمار و التقييد الجماعي للفلسطينيين كما هذه الخطة تجعل من حق تقرير المصير للفلسطينيون مستحيلاً.
يقول الفلسطينيون بوضوح مطالبهم: تحرير فلسطين من النهر إلى البحر ، وحق العودة والحرية لجميع الاسرى.

As part of the #StopJumelageToulouseTelAviv campaign, we are organizing a Palestine Stand on Saturday February 8 from 11 am to 2 pm at the exit of the Capitole metro in Toulouse. From January 15 to January 29, 2020 – International action days for release of Ahmad Sa’adat and all Palestinian prisoners
In these days, international actions are taking place from January 15 to January 29, 2020, supporting the release of Ahmad Sa’adat and all Palestinian prisoners detained in Zionist jails, organized by the “Campaign to Free Ahmad Sa’adat”, Samidoun (Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network) as well as other organizations. Ahmad Sa’adat, General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) was arrested on January 15, 2002 by thugs of Palestinian National Authority (ANP) representing Palestinian bourgeoisie interests and was imprisoned under the guard of US and British authorities. Afterwards, in 2006 the Zionist occupation forces abducted him and brought him into the Zionist jail to convict him on December 25, 2008, sentencing him to 30 years detention. For the Palestinian movement, Ahmad Sa’adat is symbol of struggle against zionism and imperialism. For the same cause, there are actually detained more than 5,000 Palestinian prisoners who remain engaged in their struggle and face daily repression. Georges Abdallah, the anti-imperialist Lebanese militant for the Palestinian cause, has also been imprisoned in France since October 1984.
Palestinian people have never ceased over the years to support Ahmad Sa’adat, Georges Abdallah and all prisoners as part of the struggling movement against Zionist occupation.
Within the actions called from January 15 to January 29, 2020, demonstrations and events are occurring in many towns in the world, among those Paris, Brussels, Vienna, Toulouse, Bern, Goteborg, Wicklow (Ireland) Ann Arbor (USA) and Vancouver. Particularly, in Lebanon during the protest movement that is still underway, Georges Abdallah, a participant in armed actions against high officers of CIA and Mossad in 1982, is considered by demonstrators to be among the symbols of the people rising up in Lebanon for months.
An international action day against war at Iran is proclaimed for January 25, 2020 under the slogan “USA GET OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST” through demonstrations expected in many cities and towns all over the world.
Nowadays also in Italy, there remain numerous revolutionary prisoners resisting in the jails, some for more than 30 years, confronting the very harsh conditions of detention and confinement to which they are subjected. They are also a part of the revolutionary movement, and thus they should be supported both by developing an action against the regimes of 41 bis and “High Security” and by enhancing their political identity and their revolutionary role.
A part of the movement in Italy is involved in advancing the struggle of the Palestinian people and their prisoners. Among the various actions, particularly during the 25 April demonstrations marking liberation from Nazism and fascism, for many years, the participation of the “Jewish Brigade” has been challenged, because it represents a Zionist force carrying symbols of oppression rather than an antifascist force. Following the 2018 protest, the judiciary investigated 5 comrades charging them with incitement to racial hatred and other charges. The first hearing in their trial is set for 10 March 2020.
To this end, we join in the call that has been launched against this repressive attack, inviting all to attend outside and inside the courthouse on the occasion of the trial hearing as well as to participate the protest against the presence of supporters of Israeli apartheid and occupation on 25 April 2020..

On Sunday, 2 February, we will stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people at 2 pm. After that, we will organize a demonstration at the US consulate in Amsterdam on 3 February at 2:00 pm.
Side by side we will raise the Palestinian flag and fight tirelessly for the right to self-determination and freedom in Palestine. It is our duty to stand against oppression, apartheid and the illegal annexation of Palestinian land and for the right of Palestinians to return to their own country, as guaranteed by international law!
Onder het motto “No Deal of the Century” nodigt de Palestijnse gemeenschap in Nederland iedereen uit die solidariteit wenst te uiten met het Palestijnse volk.

PALESTINE IS NOT FOR SALE!!
The Trump Administration has just unveiled the details of its “Deal Of The Century”. This plan includes, but is not limited to:
-Giving legitimacy to illegal Israeli settlements in Palestine
-Annexing parts of the West Bank (including the Jordan Valley)
-Granting Palestinians a “state” made up of non-contiguous cantons similar to the Bantustans under apartheid in South Africa.
-Liquidating the Palestinian right of return.
These are just some of the aspects from this plan that has already been rejected by the Palestinian people and its leadership at large.
The road to Palestinian freedom lays first and foremost in addressing Israel’s regime of settler-colonialism, occupation and apartheid, in Israel dismantling its illegal settlements as well as recognition of the right for return.
Only consistent pressure on Israel, including through support for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, can bring about lasting and meaningful change for both Israelis and Palestinians.
